What we collect

Information you give us. When you apply or contact us, we collect your name, email address and phone number, your answers to the questions on the form (such as where you are today, the size of deal you're working on, whether you have a target, how you might fund it, where you'd like help and your budget), and anything you choose to tell us about your situation. If you become a client, we also receive the documents and financial information you send us for the work.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, ours records basic technical information: your browser and device type, operating system, approximate location from your IP address, the pages you visit, how long you stay, and the page or ad that brought you here.

How we use it

• To review your application, reply to you and set up a first conversation
• To provide the services you engage us for
• To send you an automatic confirmation when you apply, and occasional follow-up about your enquiry
• To measure which pages and ads bring us suitable enquiries, and to improve the site and our advertising
• To protect the site from spam and abuse, and to meet legal and regulatory obligations

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Cookies, tracking and advertising

We use a small number of tools that set cookies or similar technologies:

• Google Ads, to measure when a visit from one of our ads leads to an application. If you apply, Google may receive a one-way encrypted (hashed) form of contact details on the page to match the application to an ad click.
• OpenAI's advertising pixel, to measure when a visit from one of our ads in ChatGPT leads to an application.
• Google reCAPTCHA, on our application form, to stop spam. Its use is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
• Duda, the platform that hosts this website, which records basic visit statistics.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can manage ad personalization through your Google account. Some parts of the site may not work properly without cookies. The site does not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the site and our business, such as our website host, email and form services, and the advertising and analytics providers listed above, and only for those purposes. If you engage us, we may share information with professionals working on your matter, such as securities counsel or auditors, with your knowledge. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights. If our business is sold or reorganized, information may transfer to the new owner, who must honor this policy.

How long we keep it

We keep application and client information only as long as we need it to respond to you, provide our services, meet legal and record-keeping obligations or resolve disputes, and then delete it securely.

How we protect it

We use reasonable safeguards and limit access to the people who need the information for their work. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of information sent over the internet.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop using it for marketing. Depending on where you live, for example California or the European Union, you may have additional rights under local law, including the right to complain to a data protection authority. We will respond within the time the law requires. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link; we will still send messages about services you have asked for.

Children

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Other websites and international transfers

Links to other websites are covered by their own privacy policies. We are based in the United States, and information you send us may be stored and processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed, and significant changes will be posted on this page.
